On Higher Ground-Motivation, con’t

Did any of (yesterday’s) motivational tips help?  Did they, at least, give you a good laugh?  Perfect!  Norman Cousins tells us:

“Laughter is a form of internal jogging. It moves your internal organs around. It enhances respiration. It is an igniter of great expectations.”

 

How is that for exercise!    …and it motivates me to do more!  How about you?
