The cold and flu season is upon us, so you need to be thinking (and eating) foods high in Vitamin C.
The best foods are: oranges, kiwi, grapefruit, red pepper, green pepper and broccoli.
There are many other sources,  but these are the most common and highest in vitamin C for the winter season.
