We begin by assessing where you are now, looking at where you want to be and when you want to get there.
(It’s imperative that my coaching style fits your needs. Our initial session enables us to see if we “connect well”.)
Next: we’ll put these elements together to create a strategy that will empower you to attain your goals.
We meet once a week, by phone or in person.
(Some people will ask to take on assignments in between sessions, to accelerate their progress.)
You may want to chart your progress by completing assessments and coaching forms on a regular basis.
As you achieve your original goals, you may uncover new dreams to pursue. You may choose to continue to work with me on these, or you might choose to plateau in your new place for a while, and use my coaching skills to help you on an “as needed” basis.
