Life Makeover Story 1
“When I turned 50 years old, I went on a retreat to give myself time to look at my life. It was then that I realized-nothing was wrong with my life; but something wasn’t right…When I returned home, I began surfing the web in hopes of finding someone or something that could help me.
After finding a lot of hocus -pocus web sites, I came across “Nourish Your Life.” I had heard of life coaches from the Oprah Show. But, I didn’t know if coaching would be right for me.
Janet and I emailed each other a few times, and then she offered me a complimentary call. She said that it wouldn’t be right for her to coach me unless she knew that she was the best coach for me. And if she wasn’t the best coach, then she would help me find one. Now that is what I call integrity!!!
After the call, I knew she was THE ONE! Janet agreed and we began our coaching calls the next week. She asked the best questions that got right to the heart of my dilemma. After only 6 months of coaching, I have found my “new life.”
Thank you, Janet!!! And thank you to all of the life coaches that are helping men and women find their life again.”

Life Makeover Story 2
I was a 52 year old “wanna-be” athlete! What was stopping me? I didn’t know how to eat, how to work-out or even how to get started.
While surfing the web one day, I found the perfect website for me (and all other women who wanna-be athletes.) It was www.nourishyourlife.com. I immediately knew that Janet would be able to help me. There was just something about her…So, I requested a complimentary call.
We spoke on the phone for about 30 minutes and I was so motivated that I could hardly wait to get started on “my life.” Janet has been my coach for only 3 months, and I just ran my first half-marathon!
Where will we go next? Anywhere I have even dreamed of. With Janet as my coach, I KNOW I can do it all.

Makeover Story 3
I was FAT! All my life I struggled with being overweight. When I turned 40 years old, the doctor told me that if I didn’t lose weight, I would be at high risk for diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and lot of other obesity-related illness that I did not want to have. I knew I had to change my eating habits, so I tried the Atkins Diet (lost 20 pounds, gained back 30), the Medical Weight Loss diet (lost 15 pounds, gained back 17), then the cabbage soup diet, the banana diet, the low fat diet, the high fat diet, the list goes on- (always lost, always gained back more.)
I hated myself. I knew I would never be able to lose weight. A friend told me about a website she had found that was written by a Registered Dietitian.
‘It isn’t about a diet” my friend said, “it is about your whole life. What you eat is only a part of being healthy-check out her website; this may be the answer to your weight loss problems.”
After reading Janet’s entire website, I couldn’t wait to talk to her! I felt like I had come home to my body, mind and Spirit.
We arranged for a complimentary call that very week. Well, it is now six months and 30 pounds later. I still have 20 pounds to go, and I know I can do it. Not only will I lose those 20 pounds, but THIS TIME I will keep them off!!!
Janet has not only educated and motivated me to lose the weight, but she has helped me to discover who I really am… God Bless you, Janet.
